The Falcon Ranch Landscape Committee is happy to announce the July Yard of the Month winner.

Janet and Wayne Marquis, 2711 Falcon Knoll are the winners of the prestigious Yard of The Month  award.  The Marquis have been long time residents of Falcon Ranch.  They are proud of our Community as well as their beautiful landscaped yard.

When we went to their house to give them the award and the $50.00 gift card, they were elated.  They have numerous flower beds throughout their yard.  The front is beautiful but that’s not all . Flower Beds are strategically placed along the side of their driveway and oh yes, there’s more —

Their back yard is stunning.  Flowers, plants and a beautiful fountain. 

Janet and Wayne work as a team - Janet is the designer and Wayne writes the checks - It Works!!
