With great pleasure I announce the June, 2020 Yard of the Month.  The Honor goes to Russell and Becky Neely, 2802 Feather Glen.  Mr. and Mrs. Neely just moved into Falcon Ranch in February.  Welcome to our Community!

Their flower garden makes a bold statement when you drive by, but is even more impressive when you look at it closely.  Bright and cheery is the best way to describe this beautiful garden. Large red and white flowers border the garden which then opens up to an array of a more beautiful design of flowers and plants.   It is obvious that Russell and Becky spend many hours making their yard a Winner for Yard of the Month. Mrs. Neely did give all of the credit to her husband, Russell.  She said he spends hours outside working on designing and planting the garden.  I found out that Mr. and Mrs. Neely do Interior Decorating for the Christmas Season, so I understand why their yard looks so spectacular.    Taking pride in their yard and flower garden is very satisfying, not only to them and their neighbors but to the entire Community.  Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Neely, for your beautiful yard and flower garden and for making our Community a great place to live.

Lauren and Billy Arnold, 24515 Cobble Canyon have a 4 year old and a 6 week old that keep them very busy.  Because they take pride in their home and our Community, they schedule time to work on their yard and beautiful flower garden.  That’s why they have been chosen for the Falcon Ranch Yard of the Month winner.

Their flower garden is beautifully designed with red and white flowers.  The Giant Red and White Caladium Leaf Plants behind the flowers enhance the colorful flowers and tie it all together to make a festive display.  It will be perfect for the 4th of July Holiday.

Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Arnold for taking time out of your busy schedule to make your yard and flower garden so beautiful. We appreciate what you do for our Community.

We added a new Category to the Falcon Ranch Yard Of The Month Award. We’re calling it:

“The People's Choice Award”

We asked all residents to enter a resident they felt was deserving of being nominated for the Yard of the Month award.  It could be themselves – it could be someone else in the neighborhood.  We received 5 nominations.  So, for the August Yard of the month we have chosen – “A People’s Choice” Winner

The August People’s Choice Yard Of The Month Winner goes to a very deserving homeowner-Mike and Julie Young, 24919 Falcon Hollow.  One of their neighbor’s nominated them and when I drove up to their home, I immediately knew why.  “Meticulous” is how I would describe it.   The grass is so well manicured it looks like a Golf Course.  A combination of Flowers and bushes are strategically placed within the brick rimmed flower beds.  Mr. Young told me it is a “Work In Progress”. He still has flowers to add.

Mr. and Mrs. Young are both in the Medical Field.  They are working long hours during these hard times.   Thank you, Julie and Mike, for what you are doing to help us all.   And Thank you for truly making our Community a Beautiful Place to live.

The September Yard Of The Month winner was selected by the “People’s Choice” with a total of 5 nominations.

It gives me pleasure to announce the award goes to: Mr. and Mrs. Euripides Lopez, 24803 Red Bluff Tr.

The beautifully designed expanded driveway is definitely and eye catcher as you drive by. Each side of the driveway is adorned with Bright flowers and bushes, enhancing the appearance even more. The Flower Beds around the Trees and Front of the house are filled with an array of different types and colors of flowers. Their yard and flowers are truly beautiful and so well maintained. Their home exudes PRIDE!

Mrs. Lopez was so honored to receive the Yard Of The Month Award, but more importantly, that people from the Community nominated them. She said that her their neighbors have inspired her to work hard to create a beautiful yard. Her exact words were, “I hope when people see my garden, they feel Joy!

Bright Red flowering bushes take center stage. The smaller pink and white flowers that blend perfectly throughout the garden bring it all together to create an interesting and delightful design.
