Looking for Community Discounts?
We are currently in the process of organizing and compiling a list of discounts and special offers you can receive by being a Falcon Ranch resident. If you know of a vendor that would be interested in offering a discount, pleas send us a message.

Are you on the Email Alert list?
To keep everyone up to date, we have created an email distribution list. Please make sure you are signed up to receive the Falcon Ranch Email Alerts.

How do I publish an event in the Newsletter?
Every month the Falcon Ranch Roundup is delivered to every residence in the community. This newsletter contains information about fellow residents and area events. If you would like to add an article, please visit the Newsletter Info page.

Trash & Recycling Services
Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday morning around 8AM, with exception of national holidays and natural disasters. All trash should be fully contained in three or less standard 40 gallon trash cans per day. Recycling is picked up on Tuesdays only and only if it is properly placed by the curb in the blue containers provided to each residence. If you have a detached garage, your trash will not be picked up if a car is on the driveway between the garbage cans and the street.

Improving or Repairing your Home?
If you are planning to make changes to your home, you are required to submit an application to the Architecture Review Committee (ARC). Our community, like most, has defined deed restrictions that identify what modifications can be made to your residence. The ARC is available for consultation to help make sure your plans can be approved quickly. To submit an application, please visit the ARC page.

Street Light or Road Damage?
If you have noticed an issue with a street light, roadway, or common area; you are encouraged to submit the information to our send us a message.

Holiday Decorations & Celebrations
Please be sure to securely place decorations in your yard to prevent injury to pets and neighbors. You can be held responsible if someone is injured while visiting your property. It is also recommended to be courteous to your neighbors by making sure your residence does not emit excessive noise after 11PM at night.

Fireworks Prohibited in Falcon Ranch
Falcon Ranch deed restrictions prohibit residents from shooting fireworks in our neighborhoods. All residents are asked to respect these rules while celebrating Independence Day and New Years Eve. To report the discharge of fireworks within Falcon Ranch, please contact Customer Care; you may include photos to assist the HoA in pursuing those who violate deed restrictions.

You Can Help Eliminate Solicitors in our Area
Are you tired of solicitors coming to your door? We as a community can reduce the number of door-to-door salespeople in our area by not giving them any business. If we do not purchase from solicitors - and they do not make money in our neighborhood - solicitors will quickly get the message and stop visiting. Let's work together to reduce the number of solicitors in Falcon Ranch.

The Customer Care Center will direct inquiries to the proper authorities, and every effort will be made to respond to homeowners as quickly as possible.
