Board & Annual Meetings
There is a meeting every month that discusses various improvements and changes to
your community. To stay informed, you can review past meeting minutes and attend
meetings.
Monthly Board Meetings
The board meets every month to review the actions at hand and address resident concerns.
Please be sure to check this page before each Board Meeting to confirm the correct
location.
Board Meetings are currently held at the Willow Fork Fire Station on Westheimer
on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. If you would like to address the
Board, please call the PMG Customer Care Line at 713-329-7171 to be placed on the
agenda. The Board - which is now made up of solely Falcon Ranch homeowners - wants
to hear resident concerns, but due to time constraints, open-session discussions
must be limited. If you plan to attend, please call the Customer Care Line or check
this web page to confirm meeting location or for more details.
HOA Board Positions Available
At the annual Falcon Ranch Homeowners meeting, homeowners will be electing three new
HoA Board members. If you are interested in serving on the HoA Board or would like
more information, please contact
CustomerCare Center.
2011 Annual Meeting
An annual meeting is held every September to review the accomplishments of the past
year and to identify the goals for the future.
All residents are highly encouraged to attend the annual meeting and participate in the
voting on various motions and elected positions. If you are unable to attend the
event, you can submit a proxy to represent your residence. The proxy vote enables you to place your vote on the issues at hand while
not attending the event.
